Sign or no sign?

Motivated sellers want as many buyers to see their home is for sale as quickly as possible. Signs are one way to get market visibility. Unless, every home has a for sale sign (which may indicate there is a problem in the area) or if your in the middle of an election property signs let people know this by simple driving buy. it also helps them find your house quickly driving down the street. I strongly recommend signs unless you are in a condo and gated/closed communities that restrictions or prohibit signage.
